Yes! The training framework has helped many others and is applicable to all sports.

Athletes who follow the program will have:

- A Training Road Map
- An increase in skills in the selected skill areas
- An improvement in confidence
+ How do you create these results?
We work together to address struggles, handle stress, and enhance skills that produce a confident, consistent competitor.
I serve as guide along the development journey that will:
- Provide freedom to explore and discover different approaches
- Help see how far they have come
- Change view of mistakes
- Encourage active and healthy lifestyles
- Bring out personality, style, and attributes
- Enhance discipline, focus, and quality practice habits

+ What do we mean by potential?
Each person has different capabilities. By potential we mean excelling with current capabilities and continuing to enhance them.
+ What do you mean by underperforming?
Concisely, any athlete who is not consistently performing at their highest level.
More detailed, everyone is a star. Those that we work with are often hidden stars. Their confidence could be low, they could have underdeveloped skills, or they could be overwhelmed by the level of competition they are up against. We work with them to help their star shine brighter.

It’s as simple as 1-2-3. Everything can be done online.
- Book a free consult * Complete the Welcome Information by the Get Ready 365 App * Book your In-person or Online Starting Point Assessment (SPA).
After the SPA is booked, we will work together to schedule a date and time for it.
+ What takes place during the SPA?
Keep in mind, this is the starting point. Again it’s as simple as 1-2-3.
- Awareness - Your athlete will have the opportunity to meet me, be introduced to a variety of training concepts, discover what it’s like to work with me, as well as address any questions he/she may have.
- Acceptance - Your athlete will leave having selected three skills of focus and created a Get Ready Statement
- Actions - Your athlete will recieve guidance on how to further improve, which includes use of the app, the three important questions, and understanding of how sessions are conducted
